What counts as a bag?
A standard bag is a regular laundry bag or a 13-gallon tall kitchen bag, filled so it still closes. A bag usually holds about a week of laundry for one person.
If a bag is overstuffed or much larger than standard, it may count as two. We'll always text you before charging for anything you didn't book.
Prices are per pickup, plus applicable sales tax, if any.
Pricing questions
When am I charged?
You pay securely when you book. If we pick up more bags than you booked, we'll text you first and only charge the difference with your OK.
Are there delivery fees or tips?
No delivery fees. Tipping is never expected, though always appreciated by our drivers.
Do you offer business or recurring pricing?
Yes. Short-term rentals, salons, gyms and other businesses can get recurring pickups. See For business.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll rewash the items free. See our Terms of Service for details.
