Getting started
How does it work?
Enter your address, pick a day and time window, and tell us how many bags. Leave your bag out, we pick it up, wash, dry and fold it, and bring it back.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. Booking takes about 60 seconds on our website. We'll text you updates.
Where do you pick up?
Homes, condos and apartments across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. See Service areas.
Bags & pricing
How much does it cost?
$45 per standard bag, with free pickup and delivery. See Pricing.
How much fits in a bag?
A standard laundry bag or 13-gallon tall kitchen bag, filled so it still closes. Overstuffed bags may count as two. We'll always text you first.
When do I pay?
You pay securely when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (processed by Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Pickup & delivery
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave your bag at your door, with the front desk, or wherever your pickup notes say. We'll return it to the same spot.
How fast do I get it back?
Standard turnaround is next-day. You'll get a text when your driver is on the way.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Reply to your confirmation text or contact us before your pickup window starts for a full refund.
Laundry care
What don't you accept?
Dry-clean-only items, leather, suede, items needing special hand care, rugs, and anything soiled with hazardous materials, bodily fluids, or pests such as bed bugs. Full list in our Terms of Service.
How do you wash my clothes?
We sort by color, follow care labels where possible, and use cold or warm water as appropriate. Choose regular or hypoallergenic detergent when you book.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right. See the damaged and lost items section of our Terms of Service.
Should I check my pockets?
Yes, please. We do our best to check, but we're not responsible for items left in pockets, like pens, cash or electronics.
